30th May 2008 Saxoncourt Polska – Continued Interest From a Number of Polish Newspapers and Business Magazines In February, Życie Warszawy¡É, a popular daily Warsaw newspaper, wrote: ¡ÈTarget & Shane English School offers tailor made English language training programmes designed and adapted to specific areas of expertise within the business world. In addition, ¡ÈEnglish For...¡É workshops are delivered to students as a supplement to the programs. Workshops include English for business writing, telephoning, negotiating, and presentations. The training programmes place emphasis on effective communication within a chosen profession.
A popular financial and business weekly magazine ¡ÈGazeta Finansowa¡É published a large article entitled ¡ÈHow to assess employees' language skills?¡É Professional advice and a detailed description of a language audit was put forward by Jack Gutkowski, Saxoncourt Poland's academic director.
¡ÈPuls Biznesu¡É a monthly business magazine, featured a guide on methods used for designing, adapting and adjusting course content to better suit a corporate manager's language needs. ¡ÈManagers Learning English – language schools pin-point student needs.¡É is a term relevant to the current trends within the in-company language training market, and is also the title of the article which was based on Saxoncourt Polska's conception of innovative teaching methodology and sales devices.
Apart from tailor-made courses, there has been a noticeable interest in Saxoncourt Poland's specialist language courses aimed at particular professions. The specialist courses were featured in an article referring to the current trends published by ¡ÈGazeta Prawna,¡É Poland's largest economic newspaper and ¡ÈOPM¡É, a popular medical magazine, which featured an article on language courses directed at health care employees.
